David Selby has a very brief role in this film. The working titles of this film were Topanga and Topanga Canyon. Reviewer Ron Ford had the following to say about David's performance: The only interesting performance for me, and the only actor who seemed to give a damn about what he was doing on the screen, was DAVID SELBY (Quentin from "Dark Shadows") as a crusty old redneck landowner, trying to collect back rent from loser Viggo. He is old and broken, yet tough and craggy to the core. Sadly, he is on the screen for just a few seconds, and only in a wide master shot. There are no close-ups to get a better look at his work.
