On March 19, 2002, David Selby appeared at the Cultural Center in Charleston, West Virginia to mark the premiere of the animated PBS program The Griffin and the Minor Canon. The photos on this page and the pages listed below were donated by Janet Morris, who works with the Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council and is involved with a reading group for the girls. Prior to speaking at the event, David met privately with Janet's Girl Scouts. The girls had been given the study guide for the program provided by West Virginia Public Broadcasting (available online), and David met with them to discuss the project, acting, the arts and entertainment industry, etc.
