On October 10, 2003, David joined Susan Sullivan for a performance of A.R. Gurney's Love Letters at the historic Apollo Theatre in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Following the performance, audience members had an opportunity to attend a reception with the actors. The event was a fundraiser for Main Street Martinsburg and for the theatre.
