The 2004 Dark Shadows Weekend was held at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown, New York, on August 13-15. David and his son, Jamison Selby, attended on Saturday and Sunday. They were available for autographs and photos on both days. On Saturday, David introduced Jamison, who took questions from the audience about Return to Collinwood, the audio drama he wrote which debuted at the previous year's event. David participated in a panel discussion of efforts to restore Night of Dark Shadows. The day's events concluded with a screening of The Girl in Blue, starring Maud Adams and David Selby. On Sunday, David, Jamison, and Dark Shadows actors took part in a reading of The House, a Goodyear Playhouse production written by Dark Shadows writer Art Wallace. The House is set in Collinsville, Maine, and elements of it were later incorporated into Dark Shadows. Following The House, David participated in a Q&A session with fans and attended the closing banquet. Click on the links below to view photos from the event.
